At MENTORUS  FZ-LLC, we are dedicated to providing high-quality services and a valuable learning experience. If you need to cancel your enrollment or are dissatisfied with our services, please review our refund policy below.

1. General Refund Terms

• All refund requests must be submitted in writing via email to info@mentorus.ae.
• Refunds, when applicable, will be processed within 14 business days from the date of approval.

2. Refund Eligibility

Refunds will be considered under the following conditions:

A. Training Programs & Courses

• No Refund: If cancellation occurs within 48 hours of the course start date or after access to digital materials is granted.
• Partial Refund: Available if there is an emergency, such as job loss or permanent relocation to another country, with documented proof provided after enrollment.
• We offer the option to transfer services or change the enrolled candidate’s name. A different individual may attend on behalf of the original student, and the certificate will be issued in the registered student’s name.

B. Customized Consulting Services

• Refunds are not applicable once the consulting engagement has started, unless specified otherwise in the service agreement.
• If the service has not begun, a full refund will be issued if requested within 5 business days of payment

3. No-Show Policy

• If a client fails to attend a training or session without prior notice, no refund will be provided. Rescheduling may be allowed at the discretion of management.

4. Course/Postponement or Cancellation by MENTORUS

If MENTORUS FZ-LLC cancels or reschedules a course or session, clients will have the option to either reschedule or transfer to another course.

5. Digital Products

ue to the nature of digital products (e.g., e-books, downloadable templates), no refunds will be issued once access is granted, unless the product is defective or undelivered.

6. Mode of Refund

Approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method, unless otherwise agreed upon in writing.
